If you are own an automatic or self-winding watch note that the watch movement provides about 30 - 40 hours of power or functionality when fully charged. The normal movement of your wrist while wearing your watch should keep the movement “charged”. However if you do put down your watch for a couple of days it maybe necessary to wind the movement and give the watch a gentle shake to get it going before putting it back on your wrist.
