All AVI-8 quartz movements are produced with highly renowned procedures and quality standards. Ambient temperature may affect the precision of quartz movements, which can lead to variations of between -0.5 and +0.7 seconds per day. If your quartz timepiece is regularly inaccurate, please contact AVI-8 customer care or after sales service center to get the instructions to restore your timepiece to good working order.


If you own an AVI-8 mechanical timepiece:


You are not particularly active or do not often wear your watch, the movement of your watch may not be wound up enough for it to work properly. In such a case, your watch may be slightly fast or slow, depending on how you wear it, therefore, you may need to wind it up manually and need to use it up to a week to return to normal accuracy.
